Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how On The Vine Media, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in Code for Real (the "App"), an app that teaches kids to code with real HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. The short version: the App collects nothing. There are no accounts, no ads, no network requests, and no analytics. Everything a child makes stays on their device.

1. Information We Collect

None. The App works entirely offline. It does not ask for a name, an email address, or a login. It does not read contacts, location, the camera, the microphone, or the photo library. It does not assign a device identifier or an advertising ID.

2. What Stays on the Device

The projects a child builds and their progress through the lessons are saved locally on the device (in the App's own on-device storage). This information never leaves the device, is never sent to us or to anyone else, and is not accessible to us. Deleting the App removes it.

3. No Network, No Analytics, No Ads

• The App makes no network requests during normal use. The lessons, images, and code all ship inside the App.
• The App contains no advertising and no ad networks.
• The App uses no third-party analytics, tracking, or crash-reporting SDKs. Diagnostic logging stays on the device and system log and is never transmitted.

4. No Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate any third-party service that receives your information. It is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play; those platforms may collect their own download and device statistics under their own privacy policies, which we do not control and to which we have no access beyond aggregate store reporting.

5. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

Code for Real is designed for kids and built to be safe for them. Because the App collects no personal information from anyone, it collects none from children under 13, and there is nothing about a child for us to store, share, or sell. 6. Data Security

Because no data ever leaves the device, there is no server, database, or account for anyone to breach. On-device data is protected by the device's own operating-system security.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
